Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to explore and shop the Services with ease. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep refining the site as part of that effort.

Some content or features, including those provided by third parties, may not yet be fully accessible. If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or would prefer help placing an order, please contact us. We will assist you personally and work to resolve the issue.

Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies you, or that could reasonably be connected to you or another individual. It does not include anonymous or de-identified data. Depending on how you use the Services and where you live, we may collect:

  • Contact details: name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, and email.
  • Payment details: card and account information, payment method, transaction records, and confirmations.
  • Account details: username, password, security questions, and saved preferences.
  • Order history: pieces you view, add to your cart or wishlist, purchase, return, exchange, or cancel.
  • Correspondence: anything you share when you write to us.
  • Device data: browser, device type, network connection, IP address, and similar identifiers.
  • Site activity: how and when you move through the Services.

We may also draw reasonable inferences from this information, as the law allows.

Where It Comes From

  • From you, when you create an account, place an order, or contact us.
  • Automatically, through cookies and similar tools when you visit the site.
  • From service providers who process information on our behalf.
  • From partners and other third parties.

How We Use It

Running the Services. We use your information to:

  • process payments and fulfill orders;
  • arrange shipping, returns, and exchanges;
  • manage your account and send account updates;
  • save your preferences and the pieces you have shown interest in;
  • enable reviews;
  • suggest pieces you may like.

We also use it to refine the Services over time.

Marketing. With your information, we may send news and offers by email, text, or post, and show you ads on our site or elsewhere online, which may reflect your past purchases or browsing.

Security. We use your information to verify accounts, keep checkout secure, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse. If you create an account, please keep your login details private.

Customer Care. We use your information to answer questions, assist with orders, and stay in touch.

Legal Obligations. We may use your information to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests from authorities, take part in legal proceedings, and enforce our policies.

When We Share It

We may share personal information:

  • With Shopify and the providers who help us operate, including payment processors, analytics providers, cloud storage, customer support tools, and shipping carriers.
  • With marketing and advertising partners. Through Shopify, we may support personalized ads based on your activity across websites and merchants. These partners handle your information under their own privacy policies. Depending on where you live, you may be able to opt out of this kind of sharing [here].
  • When you ask us to, or consent to it, such as when we ship an order or you use a social media login or widget.
  • With affiliated companies.
  • When required by law, including in response to subpoenas or warrants; to enforce our terms; to protect our business, customers, or others; or as part of a merger, sale, or bankruptcy.

Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify, which processes personal information to host and improve the Services. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and other providers, some of whom may be located outside your country.

We also use certain Shopify features that draw on your activity with our store, with other merchants, and with Shopify itself. For that processing, Shopify is responsible for your information and for handling any related requests.

Shopify’s practices are described at https://privacy.shopify.com/en. Depending on where you live, you can submit a privacy request [here].

Security and Retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure, and data sent over the internet may be intercepted. Please do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to manage your account, provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access: request the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete: request that we erase it.
  • Correct: request that we fix inaccurate information.
  • Portability: receive a copy, or have it sent to another company.
  • Opt out: decline the “sale” or “sharing” of your information, or its use for targeted advertising, as defined by applicable law. You can opt out [here].

These rights are not absolute, may apply only in certain circumstances, and some requests may be declined where the law permits.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device, where applicable. If the device can be linked to a Shopify account, the opt-out applies to the account as well. Learn more at https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. We do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals.

Email preferences: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Even if you unsubscribe, we will still send emails about your orders.

To make a request, use the options on our site or contact us below. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also authorize an agent to act for you. In that case, we will ask for proof of authorization and may confirm your identity directly with you. We will respond within the time the law requires.

Updates

We may revise this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. Revisions will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and we will provide notice where required.
